The manufacturing process consist of the following steps :

• Preparation of the raw material strip
• Deep drawing of the collar using proprietary machines and tools
• Blanking of the form

Then other operations:

• Forming (the stamped hands)
• Diamond Facet with CNC ( for Diamond cut hands)
• Galvanic coating (and PVD when required)
• Painting and/or Luminising if required
